Concrete work goes best when expectations are clear from the start.
That’s why our estimating and scheduling process is transparent, deliberate, and built to avoid surprises on both sides.
We don’t rush numbers. We don’t guess. And we don’t start projects we haven’t fully thought through. When we give you a price, it’s because we’ve already considered the details that usually cause problems later.
The goal is simple: clear communication, fair pricing, and concrete done right the first time.
Step 1 – Initial Contact, Photo Upload
Start by filling out our Get My Estimate form
We’ll ask you to upload photos of the area so we can see what you are seeing.
Photos help us understand:
- The layout of the site
- Access for equipment and concrete trucks
- Existing conditions that affect prep and pricing
If you have dimensions, expectations, or even rough ideas, include those too. The more information we have upfront, the more accurate and useful your estimate will be. This step saves time and prevents guesswork later.
Step 2 – Over The Phone Estimate
Once we review your photos, we’ll schedule a 20-30 minute phone call.
This conversation is where we slow things down and talk through:
- What you want the finished concrete to do for you
- What details matter most to your project
- What options make sense and which ones don’t
- A realistic price range and timeline
We’ll also make sure we’re a good fit for each other. Not every contractor is right for every job, and that’s okay. If our schedule works, the approach makes sense, and the budget aligns, we’ll move forward to an onsite confirmation.
This step prevents miscommunication and wasted time on both sides.
Step 3 – Onsite Confirmation
After the phone details are aligned, we schedule an onsite visit to confirm measurements, site conditions, and scope.
This visit allows us to:
- Verify access, grading, and prep requirements
- Confirm the estimate is accurate
- Address any last questions before scheduling
Once everything is confirmed, a deposit secures your place on the schedule. This ensures your project is planned, staffed, and prepared correctly.
If a deposit is not placed after the onsite visit, a $250 consultation fee applies. That fee is credited toward your project as long as the job is scheduled within 90 days of the onsite visit.
We accept cash, check, or credit card.
This step protects your timeline and ensures we can commit fully to your project.
Large & Complex Projects
Some projects require more detailed planning, measuring, or design coordination.
For larger or more complex work, we may schedule a dedicated consultation to fully understand the scope and vision before pricing. This allows us to provide the same level of accuracy and clarity we bring to every job, regardless of size.
